Quality Control

At Chinee Fishing Products Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into each stage of sourcing, production, inspection, packaging, and shipment. Our procedures are designed to support consistent product quality across fishing tackle, commercial fishing nets, aquaculture supplies, fish traps, crab pots, rods, reels, lines, lures, tools, and marine fishing auxiliary equipment. Inspection criteria are established according to product specifications, order requirements, approved samples, and industry-aligned practices.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and purchased components are checked before they enter production. The inspection scope varies by product and may cover material type, dimensions, color, surface condition, strength-related characteristics, and compatibility with the intended application.

• Netting and textile materials: Mesh size, yarn or filament condition, color, coating, and visible weaving defects are reviewed.
• Metal components: Hooks, swivels, snaps, frames, rings, fasteners, and tool parts are checked for dimensions, finish, deformation, corrosion, and assembly suitability.
• Plastic and molded parts: Components are examined for shape, color consistency, flash, cracks, warping, and fitting performance.
• Fishing lines and cords: Diameter, appearance, winding condition, and specified performance characteristics are evaluated using appropriate internal inspection methods.
• Electrical or electronic components: Parts intended for fish finders, fishing cameras, or related equipment are checked for identification, condition, and basic functional compatibility, subject to product specifications.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production is monitored at key stages to identify deviations before final assembly or packing. Operators and quality personnel follow work instructions, approved samples, and order-specific requirements. Checks may include dimensions, workmanship, assembly accuracy, knotting or stitching condition, component matching, surface treatment, and functional movement.

For nets, traps, pots, and aquaculture products, attention is given to mesh construction, joining points, frames, ropes, openings, and overall shape. For rods, reels, tools, grips, terminal tackle, and accessories, inspections focus on fit, alignment, fastening, operating movement, and surface condition. Any nonconforming item identified during production is separated for evaluation, rework, replacement, or other appropriate action.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are inspected against confirmed specifications before release for packing. The inspection plan is selected according to product type, order details, and buyer requirements. Where applicable, approved samples or technical documents are used as references.

• Appearance and workmanship: Products are checked for scratches, stains, sharp edges, loose threads, damaged coatings, deformation, and other visible defects.
• Dimensions and configuration: Key measurements, mesh sizes, lengths, weights, component combinations, and model details are verified as specified.
• Assembly and operation: Moving, locking, folding, winding, opening, closing, and connection functions are reviewed where relevant.
• Product-specific performance: Suitable checks may be conducted for load-bearing parts, joints, line-related characteristics, fastening points, waterproof features, or basic electronic functions, subject to the agreed specifications.
• Order conformity: Product color, quantity, accessories, branding details, and other customization requirements are confirmed against approved order information.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is reviewed to help protect products during handling, storage, and international transportation. Inner packaging, cartons, inserts, protective materials, and packing methods are selected or checked according to product characteristics and agreed customer requirements.

Before shipment, our team verifies product identity, packed quantity, assortment, carton condition, shipping marks, labels, barcodes, and required documents where applicable. For items with multiple components, such as fishing rod sets, tackle kits, fish traps, fishing tools, or electronic accessories, package contents are checked to reduce the risk of missing or mismatched parts.

5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement

Chinee Fishing Products Co., Ltd. treats buyer feedback as an important part of quality management. When a quality concern is reported, relevant order information, samples, photographs, production records, and inspection findings are reviewed to identify the probable cause. Appropriate corrective actions may include material reassessment, process adjustment, additional inspection, work-instruction updates, or closer supplier follow-up.

Inspection criteria and production controls are reviewed as products, materials, and customer requirements change.
